The Partner Maker is the brainchild of affiliate industry pros just like you who believe today’s current affiliate recruitment and communications tool set is fundamentally flawed. Founded by affiliate managers, and built specifically for affiliate managers, the company provides premier advertisers and affiliates with a more efficient means to meet, qualify each other and communicate privately, without restrictions.
We offer Web affiliates and marketers the ability to move faster — grow revenue and/or generate more leads — by taking disconnected processes and connecting them.
Are You an Affiliate Network?
No. We’re a Web-based hub for business development, not an affiliate network. We provide:
- A database filled with profile information on top affiliates and advertisers
- A communications management tool
David Delisle and Jeff Molander have been pioneers in online affiliate marketing since its inception. Both have a successful track record in founding their own consulting and service-based companies (Webbloom and Molander & Associates Inc.) with Molander having helped found affiliate network, Performics Inc. (now DoubleClick Performics, a unit of Google Inc.) in 1998. Together, the two entrepreneurs have combined operational and sales/marketing expertise to create a better way for affiliates and advertisers to do business together.
David is responsible for the development, customer service and operations of The Partner Maker leveraging his business and technical experience in developing a product specifically suited to the needs of busy affiliate managers. Before founding The Partner Maker, he founded WebBloom Designs Inc. (www.webbloom.com), a vibrant marketing company rooted in the heart of Victoria, British Columbia.
He is an active member of the affiliate marketing community and challenges ideas and trends in an effort to continually drive this evolving medium. Through his past experience as both a super affiliate and affiliate manager, he is able to offer a unique perspective on many challenges facing the industry. This perspective is further strengthened through his expertise as a computer programmer, web developer, and SEO expert.
His passion for online marketing started at the early age of 12 when he started a Bulletin Board Service (BBS); an early version of a website and many years before the World Wide Web. This was his first encounter with the potential marketing power of the Internet, as he found himself easily communicating with people from all walks of life.
Later, he completed a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business and found himself working for Abebooks, which has become the most important virtual supplier of used books in the world. During his time as online marketing manager at Abebooks, he was able to sell their multi-million dollar affiliate program by over 500% in his first year.
David currently lives in Victoria, British Columbia where he is wired to the web 24/7.
Jeff is charged with leading The Partner Maker’s sales and marketing efforts. He brings a unique experience to the company having started-up and built an affiliate marketing company valued at $65 million within 5 years. Prior to helping found The Partner Maker, he helped multi-channel retailers, catalogers and service marketers align affiliate and search marketing programs with customer acquisition and retention goals. Molander also offers counsel to entrepreneurs, private and public investors, analysts and others seeking to invest in digital, performance-focused marketing and advertising strategies.
In 1999 Molander helped found and grow Performics Inc. which was ultimately acquired by DoubleClick in 2004 and Google in 2007 as DoubleClickPerformics. Serving as Vice President, Sales & Marketing he was instrumental in taking the company from concept to start-up and finally on to an operational company securing key management team members and helping close two rounds of venture funding along the way.
In 1997 he founded consulting practice, Molander & Associates Inc., as a provider of business development and market analysis services. Since then, the company has served a variety of domestic and overseas clients ranging from start-ups to trade commissions and corporate think tank groups seeking to enter various markets.
Molander is a regular, sought-after speaker at a variety of marketing trade conferences and academic functions including the Direct Marketing Association and DM Days, the National Retail Federation / Shop.org and Affiliate Summit.
A prominent blogger at JeffMolander.com, he is regularly published in a variety of news, advertising, marketing and digital communications journals including Business 2.0, Inc. Magazine, MarketingSherpa, DM News, SeekingAlpha.com, week, MarketingVOX among other news and trade publications.
